This project is a perfect example of Proud Mary Stylist’s ability to take a newly renovated heritage home and make it feel instantly timeless. For Raglan House, I was engaged to guide material selections and consult on the spatial planning and joinery, ensuring the home’s interiors felt as intentional and refined as its architectural envelope.
The foundation? Beautiful herringbone floors, soft oak cabinetry, and a dramatic stone benchtop that became the hero of the kitchen. I layered in subtle warmth and considered proportions to elevate the functionality of everyday living, from a fully integrated kitchen to open shelving that invites styling without clutter.
My role was to balance practicality with poise and to curate finishes and moments that felt calm, enduring and quietly luxurious. This project is a testament to what’s possible when form and function are treated with equal respect and when every decision is made with the way real people live in mind.
